  • “What do I need to know about shipping?"

    • Shipping is always FREE on orders over $199!
    • All items ship with tracking information via USPS or UPS
    • Shipments with a value of $500+ will require a signature
    • Expedited options via UPS are available during checkout as well. Please note, expedited orders must be placed before 11am CST or the order will be processed the following business day. Expedited services are not guaranteed and are not available on weekends. 
    • Nick's does not provide refunds for carrier-related delays.

  • “I’ve received a quote to sell my item(s) and would like to proceed. How does the process work?”

    • We offer sellers two options:
      • We can pay immediately through PayPal Goods and Services
        • Seller loses the ~3% PayPal fee
      • We can pay after receiving your item(s) through PayPal Friends and Family, Venmo, or Zelle
        • No fee for seller
    • We do not provide you with a shipping label
    • You are responsible for your package until we receive it and verify the contents. Return shipping costs will apply to shipments that arrive not-as-expected.

  • “Do you ship internationally?”

    • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • "Do you take pre-orders?"

    • We are happy to be your pre-order store of choice for the newest and hottest products! Our policy is simple and serves to provide you with a guaranteed product. All pre-orders are final and will not be refunded for any reason. Any canceled pre-orders will be subject to a non-negotiable 10% cancelation fee or you may use 100% of the purchase price towards any other brand new item(s). Absolutely no exceptions. 

  • “What is your return policy?”

    • We do not accept returns except in cases of damaged-in-transit packages. In order to submit a damage claim, you must record one video showing the sealed package as it arrived from us, you opening the product, and the damage to any package contents. While we understand that this seems inconvenient, is is necessary to combat fraud. Failure to follow this process will result in your refund being denied.

 

  • "You have raw cards for sale, how do I know their condition?"

    • Unless expressly noted, all ungraded, non-Vintage cards listed on our website are cards we believe to be in "Excellent" or better condition according to the standards set by eBay.
    • We DO NOT guess or make assumptions of what a raw card will grade.
